On 15 October 2026, in Paris, the founding assembly of Collectif SUNHEAT unanimously adopted its bylaws. The association, governed by the French law of 1 July 1901, has its seat in Hauts-de-Seine.
A clear mission
The Collective fights hatred in all its forms, in particular Islamophobia, as well as racism, antisemitism and any discrimination based on religion, beliefs or opinions.
What the Collective does
- Monitor television, radio, the press, major media and social networks.
- Report illegal content to the competent bodies: Arcom, the public prosecutor, the Pharos platform.
- Fund justice: donations raised for an action are earmarked for it and pay lawyers, bailiffs and experts.
- Support victims towards the right people, alongside the lawyer they freely choose.
- Bring people together through culture: exhibitions, meetings, artistic projects.
Independent and non-denominational
The Collective belongs to no party, no press group and no denomination. Its officers serve on a voluntary basis and its management is disinterested.
What comes next
Next come the prefecture declaration, publication in the Official Journal and the opening of the association’s account, before membership and donations open. Today, you can already report content or write to us.
